About the role

As a Marketing & Communication Officer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering Resilux’s communication strategy both internally and externally. You will be responsible for creating engaging content for media channels, managing communication campaigns, supporting trade fairs and exhibitions, and ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication across all platforms. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a hands-on mentality who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Media & Content Creation Draft and distribute compelling press releases for industry magazines, media outlets, and digital platforms. Create and manage engaging content for social media channels (especially LinkedIn), ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
Campaigns & Events Plan, coordinate, and launch external communication campaigns. Support the organization and promotion of trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events, while developing creative proposals to increase Resilux’s visibility in the market.
Website & Digital Presence Manage and update the corporate website with relevant news, product launches, and events. Propose improvements to enhance user experience and online visibility.
Internal Communication Develop clear and structured communication tools to support employee engagement. Streamline internal communication processes and propose pragmatic improvements. Create internal newsletters, updates, and supporting materials.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field
2–5 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
Strong writing and editing skills; experience in press releases and professional publications is a plus
Hands-on mentality with the ability to translate strategy into pragmatic actions
Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience with social media management (especially LinkedIn) and content creation
Familiarity with CMS (website management) and design tools (Photoshop, Canva, InDesign, or similar is an asset)
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Willingness to travel on average once per month for trade fairs and exhibitions

I like the international exposure Resilux gives me through interactions with colleagues in other countries.

I have been working at Resilux Distribution Russia (Moscow) since August 2017.

On the operational side, I’m involved in recruiting and hiring people, maintaining personnel records, working with personnel databases and controlling staffing and salary budgets. I also organize employee training, calculate bonuses and create incentive systems. In addition, I make adaptation programs, oversee interns, on-board new employees and supervise employee interaction.

On the people side, I’m involved with safety in the workplace issues, work culture and employee engagement. I must analyse staff turnover and productivity creating reports and implementing new initiatives.

I like working in this industrial environment and I especially like the international exposure Resilux gives me through interactions with my HR colleagues in other countries.
