Deine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der visuellen Sortieranalyse für Flakes zur Ermittlung von Fremdstoffanteilen 
  • Wareneingangskontrolle von Flakes sowie Sortierung von Preforms
  • Analyse und Messung des Granulats mit verschiedenen Laborgeräten 
  • Durchführung der serienbegleitenden visuellen und masslichen Kontrollen für Preforms und Flaschen sowie der Erfassung der Ergebnisse im internen Programm und Excel
  • Bewertung der Ergebnisse und Statusentscheid gemäss Freigabeprozess sowie Freigabe/Sperrung der hergestellten Produkte

Du bringst mit:

  • Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle oder in der Kunststoffindustrie/Spritzguss
  • Die Fähigkeit zum visuellen Erkennen von Fehlern
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse

I feel that Resilux is a company which will give me the opportunity to continue to learn and evolve.

I am Abdel Al Qaisi and I  started to work at Resilux Romania as a packer in May 2020. After five months, I had the opportunity to move up to being a Process Operator. I didn’t expect to be so attracted to this job, but to my surprise I liked it and decided to stay. 

Why did I stay? For me, the atmosphere of the place where I work is very important, as much as the teamwork. At Resilux, I feel the respect of my colleagues and enjoy the nice working environment.
